Our prestigious Oscars of Exploration presentation evening celebrates outstanding achievements in scientific research, exploration and conservation.

Held annually, we honour individuals and projects that contribute significantly to environmental protection, climate change research, and community development, particularly in under-represented and under-resourced areas of the world.

Our Explorer Awards support young explorers undertaking expeditions that make tangible contributions to science or conservation, and our Honorary Awards recognise lifetime achievements and exceptional contributions to science and exploration.

Through our awards we aim to inspire the next generation of explorers, whilst supporting innovative projects addressing pressing global challenges.

This year's awards presentation evening took place on 16 October and was generously hosted by The Royal College of Surgeons, Sponsored by RSK, and Supported by Base Camp Food.

It was an incredible evening full of energy, inspiration, warmth, support and fun!
